Our beautiful shiny Organic-shaped 14k Solid Yellow Gold Septum Nose Ring has a sparkly little .01 ct genuine diamond bezel set into the septum hoop. This nose ring is comfortable, lightweight, and made from 18 gauge 14k solid yellow gold with an inside diameter of 8mm. This cannot be customized. Most people request 8mm, so this is an ideal size for most people - but everybody is different, so double check your size before ordering please.

This ring can be used in any piercing where the gauge and diameter is appropriate, including earlobes, nose, cartilage, tragus, helix, lip, septum, eyebrow, septum, navel, etc.
